open degustabox
Last week we got a lovely delivery from Degustabox. Big J was quick to tell me that 'degusta' means
'tasting' and so we had been sent a tasting box.

I was surprised just how much was inside. The box was packed full of goodies.

Included was

chocolate, strawberry and banana shaken udder milkshakes
 Shaken Udder Milkshakes

All of Shaken Udder Milkshakes contain only the finest natural ingredients. They are made with real fruit or Belgium chocolate and blended to perfection with lashings of fresh British milk. What’s more they contain no artificial colours, flavours or preservatives. Shaken Udders new shakes are in cartons, and come in Strawberry, Chocolate and Banana.

These were gone in seconds. I had the banana, John had the strawberry and big J had the chocolate. They are delicious. We have tried shaken udder milk shakes before and are a regular on our shopping list.

Tyrells proper popcorn Sweet and Salty
 Tyrrells Proper Popcorn

Tyrrells proper popcorn is popped at Tyrrells Court Farm in Herefordshire. Made from Weaver Gold corn kernels to give a larger, fluffier pop.Tyrrells popcorn is available in five fantastic seasonings; Sweet & Salty, Salted, Mature Cheddar, Sticky Toffee Pudding and Sour Cream & JalapeƱo Chilli.

I am not a huge fan of popcorn but John and Big J like it and shared the bag between them. John liked it more than big J. He is used to just having Sweet.

Moma Porridge tubs
MOMA Porridge

Tom started MOMA! back in 2006 because he couldn’t get a good breakfast on-the-go. He wanted to make something healthy, filling and delicious.

John enjoys porridge and cannot wait to try these two.

Organic pasta
 Organico Pasta

Organico sources good, clean, fair foods. This is the Slow Food movements motto. It means good in quality, clean in terms of the ingredients they use and the impact they have on the environment and fair in terms of the way suppliers and workers are treated.

We haven't tried this yet but I am looking forward to making a nice tuna pasta with this. We only eat whole wheat pasta in our house and this looks delicious.

tomato and basil pasta sauce
 Organico Tomato and Basil Sauce

Organico tomato sauce comes from a co-operative in Tuscany. The tomatoes are picked and packed within 24 hours to maximise the freshness of the product.

I am quite fussy when it comes to pasta sauce and I like to use a brand I know and trust but I will be giving this a go.

chai latte
Drink Me Chai - Chai Latte Chocolate

Chocolate Chai is the newest addition to the Chai range and it is a unique blend of rich cocoa with warn spices, just add water of steamed milk for the best results.

I cant wait to try this - never tasted Chai Latte before

schwartz flavour shots
 Schwartz Flavour Shots

New Flavour Shots from Schwartz contain blends of herbs, spices and seasonings infused in oil to give you amazing tasting meals. It’s so simple, just add the shot to your pan, along with your meat and a few store cupboard ingredients, simmer and serve.

These are not for me but my mum is keen to give them a go.

tea latte
 Drink Me Chai - Tea:Latte

Tea Latte is a brand new product from Drink Me Chai an infusion of delicate Earl Grey Tea with frothy milk for a totally different but delicious hot beverage.

This was lovely I really enjoyed it. Definitely would buy this.

Mexican Daves Tortilla Chips
Mexican Dave's Tortilla Chips

On his way home from Sombrero-Wearing class, Mexican Dave reached into his satchel to grab a handful of delicious tortillas. What was this? Nana Pat's cheese had melted in the mid-day sun. Cheesy tortillas? Yes please.

One word - YUMMY

There was also a nice surprise - two vouchers to claim some FREE Milkshakes

I was really pleased with all the contents. Everything had a reasonable use by date so no need to rush and taste it all straight away.

Really looking forward to cooking using the Schwartz shots and Organico Pasta and Sauce
