Over the past year we have tried so many different foods for little J as he can be quite fussy. One minute he likes something the next he doesn't. It can be hard to give him a balanced meal every evening as the look of vegetables sometimes makes him push his plate away. I do like to make meals from scratch but as little J is in bed so early sometimes its impossible so I do reach for something easier.
When Miniscoff sent us some meals to try I instantly liked the look of them. They looked healthy and very appealing to children as their range includes Shepherd's Pie, Spaghetti Bolognese and Chilli.
No preservatives, artificial additives, colourings, fillers, GMOs, sweeteners, reconstituted meats, unnecessary sugar or salt.
Plus all Miniscoff meals are 100% organic.
Like I said earlier little J can be very fussy so I decided to try the spaghetti first. He 'scoffed' the lot, sorry for the pun but it's true.
Over the month little J managed to try all the different meals and I have to say they went down really well. With a cooking time of just 4 minutes in the microwave or 20-25 in the oven they are handy to have in the freezer for those days when you just don't have the time to make a meal from scratch.
Miniscoff now have a range of stir in pasta sauces which is a great addition to the range.

What We Loved
100% Organic
No Unnecessary salt or sugar added to the meals.
Great to know for on the days you can't make a meal your child can have a healthy balanced meal in just 4 minutes.
Range of meals are very appealing to children - lots of family favourites.
The meals kept their texture. Some ready meals come out of the microwave very watery and runny. Miniscoff actually looked like a fresh home cooked meal.
Little J loved them all, even the Chilli.
What Could Improve
At the moment only available from Ocado, however you can buy in bulk online but this does mean you have to pay postage costs.
