Here's a look at our top five favourite bedtime stories this month.
Where Next, Teddy?
Out of all the personalised books we have received over the years this has to be our favourite so far. Create your own character to join Teddy on a dreamy adventure from outer space to the bottom of the sea, from the wild jungle to the big city, and everywhere in between. ‘Where Next, Teddy?’ from Chapterful is a personalised story that puts the child at the heart of the story.
Nibbles Numbers
Little J loves Nibbles and he loves numbers so this hardback Nibbles Numbers has been a hit this month. Look out! Nibbles the book monster has munched his way into this book of numbers.Count along with him as he chomps his way from one to ten... But wherever will he go next?!
It's lots of fun and perfect for bedtime.
Zog and The Flying Doctors
Little J loves the original book Zog and we had no idea that the sequel Zog and The Flying Doctors was available until last year so it was perfect for the the Christmas wish list.
Meet the Flying Doctors: Princess Pearl, Sir Gadabout and, of course, their trusty 'air ambulance', Zog the dragon, in this fabulously original sequel. They soar over the countryside, tending to sunburnt mermaids, sneezy lions and distressed unicorns. But when the king himself falls ill, can even the Flying Doctors save him?
The Last Noo Noo
I have absolutely no idea where this book came from, I think we may have picked it up at a school fair in the hope of using it when it came time to ditch the dummy although we never needed it. However little J loves The Last Noo Noo all about a little monster called Marlon who doesn't want to give up his last noo noo.
Guess How Much I Love You In Winter
The Guess How Much I Love You books are so popular and I just love this Guess How Much I Love You In Winter Book. It's actually part of a 4 seasons set we own although you can buy it as a stand alone book. Follow the adventures of Big Nutbrown Hare and Little Nutbrown Hare as they discover all the things they love about Winter.
What stories have you been reading this month?
