Fresh air is so important and in Liverpool there are lots of parks outdoor adventures and a National Trust to enjoy. Something for all the family.

Speke Hall is one of my favourite National Trust properties. It has something for everyone including the rare Tudor manor that sits amongst beautiful gardens and a large estate with acres of fields and woodlands to enjoy.
The estate has Woodland play areas giving the kids the chance to burn off some energy , an interactive Giant Childe of Hale play trail and a mind-boggling hedge maze.

Inspired by the hit tv show Ninja Warrior UK a new adventure park has arrived in Liverpool. The adventure park is a supervised fitness and activity venue that has something for all ages and abilities.
