In this guide, we'll share our experience, along with essential hints and tips to help you make the most of your visit.

Getting to Siam Park

Siam Park is conveniently located near popular tourist areas Playa de las Americas and Los Cristianos. We chose to take a taxi from our hotel and returned via taxi after queuing for around 20 minutes outside after closing time. However, there are also free shuttle buses available from Costa Adeje, Las Americas, and Los Cristianos, with multiple pick-up points along the way.

Essential Tips Before You Go

Book Tickets in Advance
The park can get very busy, so pre-booking online can save time and sometimes money. Consider a fast pass for priority access to rides.

There Are No Spectator Tickets
Unfortunately everyone has to pay full price whether you are going on the rides or not.

Wear Water Shoes
The floor can get extremely hot, and some of the ride queues are long and steep. Wearing water shoes will not only keep your feet cool but also reduce the risk of slipping when getting on and off rides.

Arrive Early
The park gets busier as the day goes on, so arriving at opening time will give you a head start on the popular rides before the queues build up.

Plan Your Route
The park can be tricky to navigate due to minimal signage. Studying a map beforehand or planning your ride order will help you make the most of your time..

Rent a Locker
There are lockers available to store valuables and dry clothes. If you plan to bring a camera or phone, consider investing in a waterproof pouch.

Stay Hydrated
The heat and water rides can be exhausting, so drink plenty of water.

Make Use Of The Sun Loungers
There are plenty of sun loungers and chairs around the park. Make sure you take rest breaks.

Our Siam Park Experience

Mai Thai Lazy River
We started our day with the Mai Thai Lazy River, located near the changing rooms. It was a great way to ease into the park, although it was already busy with plenty of guests floating along in inflatable rings. The river is incredibly long, offering views of the park and even a section where you can take an alternative route up a small chain lift, leading to an unexpected slide section. Unfortunately, we missed this path, so keep an eye out for it!

Naga Racer
Next, we headed to the Naga Racer, a six-lane slide where you go headfirst on a mat. It was a fantastic way to get our adrenaline going, as the queues were short, and the ride was fast and thrilling.

Jungle Snakes
Moving on to the Jungle Snakes, we chose to ride two of the four tube slides. These can be enjoyed solo or in a double ring, and the twists, turns, and unexpected drops had us both nervous and excited. The screams from other riders added to the anticipation, and the ride definitely delivered on fun!

Volcano
Next up was Volcano, a four-person raft ride that starts in total darkness before launching into a visually stunning light show inside a volcano. This was an absolute highlight, combining speed, drops, and an intense atmosphere that made it one of our favourite rides of the day.

Siam Beach & Wave Pool
After the thrills of Volcano, we took a break at Siam Beach and tried out the Wave Pool. The waves were impressively strong and powerful, but we unfortunately arrived at the tail end of a wave cycle, meaning we would have had to wait an hour for the next set of waves. If you want to experience the wave pool at its best, be sure to time your visit carefully!

Kinnaree – Our Favourite Ride
Following our break, we went to Kinnaree, another four-person raft ride. This ride stands out for its massive wave-like structure that propels you high up the side before sending you plummeting down again. It had us screaming all the way and ended up being our favourite ride in the park!

Queues & Prices
Unfortunately, the park became significantly busier after 2 PM, making it harder to move around and find facilities like toilets. We also encountered long queues for drinks, waiting about 30 minutes for three small cups of Pepsi Max, which cost €9. If possible, plan your meal and drink breaks earlier in the day before the crowds peak.

Singha – A Disappointing Last Ride
The final ride we attempted was Singha, a high-speed water coaster. The ride itself was fantastic, similar to Master Blaster at Alton Towers Waterpark but with more downhill sections. However, the queue took nearly an hour, and in hindsight, we would have chosen a different ride instead.

Final Thoughts & Souvenirs
After drying off and getting changed, we browsed the Siam Park gift shop, which offers a range of souvenirs. Overall, we had an incredible time at Siam Park, and while queues are inevitable at such a popular attraction, our strategy of arriving early paid off, allowing us to experience a variety of rides before the afternoon rush.
